In October 2024, Tecnofood srl successfully completed the development, supply and commissioning of this line for the procurement, weighing and packaging of frozen pasta in various formats at a pasta factory in California (USA).
The line in question has a maximum speed of 60 packs per minute in the 500g format.
The line has been calibrated to be able to package up to 20 different pasta formats such as ravioli, gnocchi, fusilli and cannelloni in different weight formats.
An advantage of this line is its IP67 certification which allows, once the baskets of the multihead have been removed, it can be washed without damaging the electronics. Furthermore, the platform is equipped with gutters to facilitate the drainage of water towards the floor.
