The VFFS EXAvert Vertical Packaging Machines are machines for packaging products in pillow-type bags or four stable bottom welds (square package).
The most common products that can be packaged are: French fries, rice, nuts, dry pasta, fourth-range products, frozen products and a wide variety of other products.
They are supplied with exact quantities of product, from a multihead weigher, linear weigher or endless dispenser.
The bag is formed from a reel of film, to which it gives its shape, seals its base, loads it with product and finally seals the upper part. Thanks to its 12″ display, the interface is simpler and more intuitive for programming its 100 different possible configurations.
